The London 2012 olympic organization apparently shelled out four hundred thousand pounds for this brand program. To me, the video looks like a Heaven 17 or Howard Jones video straight out of the 80s. And yet, once you get what's going on in that logo, it does kind of become a recognizable and memorable shape.

Date: 2007-06-05 14:02 (UTC)For winter olympics, I quite liked the Lillehammer logo at the time, but in retrospect, it looks too much like the logo for a large Japanese electronics conglomerate. The upcoming Vancouver logo is interesting, but I'm not sure about it.
