Ware Below: Mouse Guard has arrived!

IPR is now pre-ordering PDF+Print bundles of the Mouse Guard RPG. I have mine. I know some of you want yours. It's entirely possible that I would like to organize a special Mouse Guard game on a Sunday afternoon soonish: those with interest, feel free to express in the comments. This would almost certainly be, essentially, a tournament adventure or con demo type deal: four hours more or less, one shot, focussed on character interaction.

Depending on the scheduling, I'm interested. I'm curious how it compares to Burning Wheel.

From what I can see so far, it is Burning Wheel, more or less. But, with (a) no magic, and (b) most of the sharp corners smoothed down. From reading it, and previous play experience, I suspect that Crane might finally have settled on the best (fantasy) version of the rules. I'd be very interested to think about how (although not, perhaps, to actually implement) one might bolt the Magic Burner onto the side of Mouse Guard.... 8)
