Apparently, "Drive" has been cancelled. Seems to have lasted even more briefly than "Wonderfalls".
This is not going to do wonders for Tim Minear's career. Let's see, he's EP'd (and written for) four (count 'em, four) straight disasters now:
"Firefly"
"Wonderfalls"
"The Inside"
"Drive"
The only show that he's been associated with in the last eight years that has had any success at all (i.e. lasted more than a single season) was "Angel", and when he was made EP, guess what? it got canned.
Oh dear. (Although I guess that the very fact they actually made it to air has to be considered as some sort of success; heck, he's even got DVD boxed sets out of some of them.)

Date: 2007-04-27 16:40 (UTC)That said, I'm not a fan of the reality shows like that one, but did watch the first two hours of DRIVE only to see what Nathan Fillion was up to. They really need to do another FIREFLY movie, instead. His talent was wasted in the race thing.
