viktor_haagAccording to our noble provincial premiere, the fact that a few store owners are in the habit of ripping off their lottery customers is a clear sign that they shouldn't be allowed to sell Ontario-produced wines or micro-brewery beers:
Strange that he should pick on the lottery-seller scandal instead of the obvious talent that corner store owners have in restricting tobacco sales to minors... but I suppose you go with what's topical, eh?
