Sweet fancy moses! How many patch releases do you guys need, anyway?

Just installed yet another patch release of MS Office 2008, and Word is still pooping CGIBitmapContextGetData context errors all over my event logs! This is a highly annoying problem, Microsoft! How hard is it to fix this bug? How many patch releases do you need? Bah.
