The London 2012 olympic organization apparently shelled out four hundred thousand pounds for this brand program. To me, the video looks like a Heaven 17 or Howard Jones video straight out of the 80s. And yet, once you get what's going on in that logo, it does kind of become a recognizable and memorable shape.
